Solutions to two common problems
If you have purchased Cocktails and the application won't start when you tap its icon:
Congratulations! You have encountered a common bug in OS X iPhone 2.0! To resolve this problem:
Note: upgrading your phone to OS X iPhone 2.0.1 or 2.0.2 should resolve this problem for both our app and others.
- hold down the top button on the device until the "slide to power off" control appears
- slide the power off control to the right and wait for the device to power down
- depress and hold the top button, again, until the screen lights up
- once your device finishes rebooting, you should have no further trouble running Cocktails
If the problem still persists, then simply delete the app from your device and retrieve a fresh copy from the App Store (you won't have to pay again, you'll simply re-download the software).
If you're having trouble figuring out how to change the measurement units to metric:
- press the home button
- tap the Settings icon on the home menu
- scroll down toward the bottom of the settings list and tap the item for "Cocktails"
- adjust the preferences as you like
When you return to Cocktails, your new preferences will be in effect.

- Do not submit recipes or requests for recipes. This is not the place for that.
- When submitting a ticket, you must include your name and email address so that we can follow up with you. Your name and email address will not be used for any other purpose.
- Please take care in writing both the title and request. Be as specific and detailed as possible.
